Archivum Course Substitution

A Student may request a course substitution though the Archivum system.  Once logged into the Archivum system the student can initiate the request by following the process below. Once the form is sent to the current graduate advisor they can either approve or deny the student's request. It is then sent to the instructor of the course to be approved or denied before getting sent to the Associate Dean for final approval. The student can view the status of the request and will be notified when the process is complete.

Any change to your program should be discussed with your graduate advisor before a change is requested.
