Archivum
E-portfolio & forms including: Reduced Rate, Contact Courses , Learning Agreements.
Archivum is an online tool that allows students, faculty, and staff to access information and complete some academic processes. COPH students use this to find their academic advisor and faculty mentor. Reduced Rate students register through a form. Students will also create an e-portfolio and complete their step for contract courses in this system. Click here for more directions on Archivum. Canvas
COPH Orientation, Course, and APE support
Canvas is a learning platform where you will access your course information. The College of Public Health also hosts their orientation and some support canvas sites for students here as well. Click here for guides on how to navigate the platform. Be sure to download the app for this as well!
DegreeWorks
Course planning and degree audit
DegreeWorks is a web‐based planning tool to help students and advisors monitor student's progress toward degree completion. DegreeWorks provides a more accessible, convenient, and organized way for students to know where they are academically but should not place meeting with an advisor. To access it through my.usf.edu click on OASIS, click the Student tab and then click on the tab titled Degree Works.
Docusign
Use for document & form signatures
Docusign is used by our department to digitally sign documents included forms from financial aid, HR and the Office of Graduate Studies. Click here for detailed directions on how to use this platform.
Oasis
Registration, Financial Aid, Tuition
You should become very familiar with the OASIS it is where you register for courses (unless you are reduced rate) and it is record of your most important information, including financial aid, textbook reservations, tuition data, and your personal information (like address and phone number). Teams
Meetings, live streamed events, etc…
USF operates on the Microsoft 365 products. Meetings will be held on Microsoft Teams (not Zoom). Here is a users guide link if you are unfamiliar with it. We recommend downloading the app on your computer and phone.
