IT Service Desk

The Information Technology Service Desk offers assistance via phone, Internet, email, or in person. The Service Desk teams provides support for MyUSF, student email accounts, connecting remotely to USF resources, enterprise business systems, and more. Standard business hours are M - F. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. They can be emailed directly at help@usf.edu for live help.

Health Information Systems

USF Health Information Systems (IS) is an on-campus technology team. They are the architects: programmers, web developers, web designers, application engineers, graphic artists, videographers, content writers, search engine optimization experts, instructional designers, analysts and all-around technology specialists.

They pull together to provide businesses with essential automation and optimization. In harmony, they work with clients like faculty and students to educate, build, deliver and meet the needs of the department’s academic research and clinical missions. Supporting clients' ability to function and achieve measurable growth in an increasingly digital and fast-paced marketplace is both their passion and purpose.

WELL Tech - IT Support located in The WELL

Services include general technology questions, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up mobile devices, technology purchase consultations, anti-virus software troubleshooting, loaner laptops, general computer maintenance, Dell and Apple warranty assistance, operating system troubleshooting and updates, and basic hardware diagnostics and repairs. USF Health Information Services support tickets can also be submitted by emailing support@usf.edu.

 USF Application Gateway

The USF Application Gateway can be accessed from any device that has a web browser. It provides access to many of the applications found in USF computer labs.
